5 Stars - Absolutely Recommended: Food was fabulous. Had a party of eight and everyone’s food was terrific. Sauces on meats, seafood and pastas were very flavorful. Everything cooked to perfection. Even the two year old ate her broccoli. Will definitely go back every time we visit family in Nampa!

5 Stars - If you are in Nampa-go! This restaurant has shockingly good food and fine dining for a small town such as Nampa, Idaho. Dinner items are very reasonably priced. The wait staff isn’t snooty one it. Portions are a decent size as well.

5 Stars - OMG 5 Stars: Halibut with a hazelnut Glaze – HEAVEN, but then it was only on Tuesdays…should be a main menu item.

5 Stars - Romantic Dinner at Copper Canyon: Nampa’s best kept secret. Food is wonderful, atmosphere is upscale and romantic, thought people dine casually too. Salmon soup is to die for. You’ll find yourself using the break to soak up every drop. Halibut was tender and flavorful, as are the vegetables. Desert is very tasty as well. I highly recommend this excellent place, especially when you’re sharing a meal with someone special.

3 Stars - Good Food, Bad Communication: I thought that they had decent food for a reasonable price but the definitely need to work on their communication. I called and made reservations, and when I called to confirm they had never been made on their part.

5 Stars: One of the BEST: Every time I have gone to Copper Canyon I have had the most wonderful time ever. It is a romantic yet friendly atmosphere to have your dinner in. The menu has a range of choices and styles for different people’s tastes. The chef, Brian Inaba, comes out to your table sometimes and even asks you in person if your meal was ok and if there was anything you would change about it. He makes sure that you get taste for your money. His variety of wines and food makes Copper Canyon a family favorite of ours!!!

5 Stars - If you are in Nampa- go!: Since I was visiting from out of town i was pleasantly surprised by this very fine restaurant. if your looking for quality food this is the place to go. Atmosphere is also very good and fortunately the staff is not pretentious at all! GO!

5 Stars - Top of the list for Nampa: Wonderful food, relaxed atmosphere and amazing service make this little spot a favorite! We can go in street clothes or dressed to the nines and be comfortable. Steak and seafood were delicious and the portions generous. Can't wait to try the chicken dishes. Next time I'll try to save room for dessert!

5 Stars: Great ambiance with even better service. The new building is so much more accommodating for larger groups to dine and easy to find.

4 Stars - Don’t Forget Dessert: Oh, if you go to Copper Canyon you will not be sorry. I suggest it for “date night”, leave the kids at home and have a nice night out with your spouse. Their lava cake (dessert) is definitely delicious and will just melt in your mouth. Their duck is so tender, you will not need a knife. Also be sure to try the cheesecake appetizer, it is quite elegant and a great start to what will definitely be a memorable meal.
